This project was built over an existing elevated patio area which had sunk. The priority here was to incorporate central steps and a disabled ramp. Because the property was in a rural setting, it was decided to keep the design of the balustrade simple but strong. Ranch style balustrade was the obvious choice which worked extremely well. The underside of the deck was closed in with TGV.
